Job summary

Acorns Children’s Hospice is seeking a Clinical Systems & Data Analyst to maximise the value of our clinical systems and data to support high-quality care. You will work closely with the Senior Data and Clinical Systems Lead to develop and optimise the management of SystmOne and other systems, ensuring the needs of the clinical and operational services are met.

Qualifications

Experience analysing data within healthcare, charity or education settings.
Experience supporting development, configuration or optimisation of SystmOne functionality.
Excellent Excel skills including formulas, data validation, charts and reporting.
Able to train and support users in clinical and digital systems.

Responsibilities

Analyse and report on clinical and operational data with clear dashboards and insights.
Support and develop clinical systems, including SystmOne, configuring and testing improvements.
Maintain data quality and governance for accurate records and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate across Acorns to train users and drive continuous improvement.
