Job summary

Triumph Consultants in Chichester is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to provide first-line IT support, manage incidents and requests through the ITSM platform, and deliver first-contact resolution where possible.

The contract is for seven months with hybrid working once training is complete; you will work as the primary point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, supporting account administration and knowledge management while maintaining excellent customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Service Desk or IT support environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using ITSM platforms and handling incidents.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve first-line technical issues while maintaining customer focus.

Systems Support Analyst (G6) (Information Technology)

Pay Rate: £14.13 per hour PAYE

Key requirements:

• Experience working within an IT Service Desk or IT support environment.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using ITSM platforms and supporting incidents and service requests.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve a broad range of first-line technical issues whilst delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT incidents, service requests and user enquiries.
• Provide first-line support, deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible and manage incidents and requests through the ITSM platform.
• Support account administration, access management, knowledge management and operational support activities whilst maintaining excellent customer communication and service standards.
