Job summary

Referment is seeking a Senior Linux Infrastructure Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team. The role involves hands-on design, integration and maintenance of Linux-based infrastructure across data centres, cloud environments and international offices.

You will troubleshoot complex host and network issues, contribute to global networks and security services, and drive improvements in automated builds and deployment pipelines while collaborating with a global engineering team.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of infrastructure engineering experience, including development work in Python.
• Deep knowledge of Linux operating systems and configuration-management tooling.
• Strong host- and network-level troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with automated builds, software deployment and CI/CD systems.
• Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across disciplines and locations.

Referment is working with a global investment and technology organisation to hire a Senior Linux Infrastructure Engineer for its Platform Engineering team. This is a hands-on role in a global, cross-platform group responsible for core infrastructure supporting technology development and investment activity.

You’ll work across Linux platforms, networks, security controls and core services in data centres, cloud environments and international offices. The role combines deep troubleshooting with the design and integration of reliable infrastructure.

The Role

What We're Looking For

Desirable Experience
