Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Systems Manager to lead end-to-end management of project control systems across HS2 and its supply chain. You will oversee system configuration, interfaces, and data integrity, ensuring robust security and reliable reporting.

You’ll develop a lifecycle management strategy, document interfaces, and work with IT and delivery partners to embed changes while maintaining governance and architectural alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT systems in large infrastructure programmes.
• Ability to document interfaces and governance for PMO systems.
• Knowledge of data management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management and support of project control systems.
• Manage system configuration and interfaces with other HS2 systems.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all in-scope systems.
• Act as Design Authority for changes to in-scope systems and configurations.
• Develop roadmap for systems and interfaces with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and delivery partners to embed changes.
• Establish onboarding and support processes for data systems.
• Provide data, reports and analysis for problem resolution and audits.
