Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Head of Project Controls to lead the development and integration of the project baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality for multiple HS2 delivery areas. You will develop strategic insight on performance and trends to support senior leaders and supply chain decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large project controls teams on complex programmes.
• Strong knowledge of baseline development, schedule and cost management.
• Proven ability to deliver performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality for multiple delivery areas.
• Provide strategic insights on dependencies, trends and performance to senior leaders.
• Lead and coordinate change management and data assurance across portfolios.
• Develop reporting and performance updates for governance forums.
• Mentor and manage direct reports and promote inclusion in the team.
