Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a Systems Lead for RF Data Link on an initial 12-month contract, onsite in Bristol or Stevenage. The role pays up to £85ph inside IR35 and requires SC clearance.

You will lead a small engineering team, manage requirements and work packages, coordinate internal and external suppliers, and drive design reviews across the product lifecycle in an international team.

Overview of department

The Data Link Systems team is responsible for the development the RF communications sub-systems within a weapons system. Our team is located at both our Bristol and Stevenage sites. The successful applicant could be primarily located at either. The role provides a unique opportunity to apply your skills within a growing company and multi-skilled team. It will provide exposure to complex and technologically and advanced projects and products. Working with highly talented and motivated engineers, in a friendly and supportive environment.
