Job summary

Altum Consulting is seeking a Systems Implementation Lead for a hybrid role across West Midlands and remote work. The position offers a base salary of £85,000–£95,000 per year and is permanent.

You will drive a major finance systems implementation, collaborating across Finance and Technology to deliver an ERP programme from requirements to deployment. You will work with internal teams and partners, manage dependencies and risks, and support data readiness, migration, testing and cutover to embed

Qualifications

• Experience of SAP S/4HANA implementation or similar ERP platforms.
• Good understanding of finance processes and systems.
• Experience across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Experience working with systems integrators or implementation partners.

Experience

• Experience of SAP S/4HANA implementation or similar ERP platforms.
• Good understanding of finance processes and systems.
• Experience working across both Finance and Technology.
• Experience across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Strong programme delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with systems integrators or implementation partners.
• Experience within a large, complex or international organisation would be advantageous.
