Job summary

MYO Talent in the United Kingdom is assisting a global organisation to recruit a Director / Senior Manager to lead its global Finance Systems and ERP function across the UK and US, overseeing large distributed teams and driving improvements in financial processes, controls and accounting operations.

This senior role requires SAP exposure, a recognised finance qualification, and a track record in a major end-user organisation, consultancy or Big 4, with hybrid working in Warwick and some remote

Qualifications

• Senior Manager / Director-level operational leadership experience.
• Experience managing large global teams, ideally 50+ across UK/US and offshore
• Strong Finance Systems / ERP experience
• SAP exposure advantageous - ECC, S/4HANA and/or GRC (expertise not essential)
• Finance qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting and controls
• Background within a major end-user organisation, consultancy or Big 4

Hybrid - Warwick / Remote 1-2 days per week onsite

12-Month FTC £80,000-£100,000 + 40% bonus + 28 days holiday

A global organisation is looking for an experienced Director / Senior Manager to lead its global Finance Systems and ERP function across the UK and US.

This is a senior operational leadership role, managing large, globally distributed teams of 50+, including onshore and offshore resources, while driving improvements across Finance Systems, ERP, financial processes, controls and accounting operations.

You'll bring:
