Job summary

Matchtech in Bristol is seeking a Systems Engineer/Technical Lead to join a small four-person team on a Royal Navy training and simulation programme. This hands-on role will contribute to engineering activities while developing your technical leadership skills.

You will provide guidance across systems engineering, integration and testing, work closely with project teams and customers, and help drive reviews, demonstrations and acceptance activities while mitigating technical risks.

An exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer/Technical Specialist looking to step into a Technical Lead role.

Working on a major Royal Navy training and simulation programme, you'll join a small team of four engineers and play a key role in the delivery of complex systems. This is a hands-on position where you'll contribute directly to engineering activities while developing your technical leadership skills.
