Systems Engineer

Responsibilities include:

• Leading all technical aspects of sales cycles with enterprise customers, from RFIs to RFPs & RFQs, including project management and active participation in POCs.
• Understanding customer technical requirements and building solutions that outperform competitors.
• Serving as the primary technical contact for customers and partners, collaborating closely with sales teams.
• Continuously improving knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions and understanding the competitive landscape.
• Positioning Fortinet solutions effectively through various presentation methods.
• Managing multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce).

Qualifications:

• High aptitude for security technology, including encryption and authentication; knowledge of network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, routing, switching, LAN, and WAN is desirable. CISSP certification is a plus.
• Experience in a pre-sales engineer role managing end-to-end technical deal processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven impact on key wins.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of solutions such as SD-WAN, ZTNA, IAM, Firewall, Switching, Wireless, SecOps, Cloud Security.
