Job summary

The ideal candidate should have significant experience across the systems engineering lifecycle, strong knowledge of SE tools like IBM DOORS, and an engineering degree. Qualifications

• Experience as a System Engineering practitioner across the whole lifecycle.
• Experience in applying System Engineering tools in complex environments.
• Ability to influence business mindset and drive process change.
• Significant experience with SE toolsets and requirements management practices.
• Practical experience in system engineering process and method development.
• Knowledge of system modeling, FMA, cyber security, and functional safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems engineering competence in the squad.
• Ensure robust requirements meet quality standards.
• Gather end-user needs and concerns.
• Maintain understanding of system engineering processes.
• Work with business analysts to develop compliant processes.
• Identify key performance indicators for engineering processes.
• Work with domain product owners to identify inputs for product roadmaps.
• Support product owners in understanding systems engineering principles.
