Responsibilities

• Reviewing requirements to ensure intended functionality delivery.
• Capture critical data to support issue triage and problem solving.
• Work with suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
• Support investigations on critical issues to mitigate delays.
• Problem solve key issues across infotainment system layers.
• Apply industry best practices to resolve issues efficiently.
• Engage with Product Owners to deliver solutions.
