Job summary

Banner Lane seeks a Systems Architect to drive requirements from concept to manufacture across telecoms, defence and power/electrification markets. You will report to the Chief Engineer and guide verification activities while collaborating with product management, business development and customers.

The role requires broad engineering depth, with a focus on manufacturability, system architecture, and cross-disciplinary teamwork to shape next-generation solutions.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• Experience designing products for manufacture and radio architectures
• Broad engineering expertise across disciplines
• Ability to work across teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts from inception through manufacture
• Model & analyze to meet end-user demands
• Decompose requirements to enable cross-team collaboration
• Guide technical activities and review designs for verification
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve requirements
• Engage with product management, business development and customers to capture specs
• Share expertise and foster knowledge transfer within the team
• Drive continuous improvement of the engineering capability
