Job summary

Almac Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Systems Analysis Manager to lead a team of analysts across multiple levels, delivering solution design and functional specifications for Almac Information Services within a regulated environment.

You will mentor staff, promote clear communication, and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle, with a path to hybrid working after an initial office-based period.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions or valid UK work permit.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field.
• Significant experience in a Systems Analysis, Business Analysis or related analytical role.
• Experience of software delivery activities within a GxP/pharma regulated environment.
• Experience leading, supervising or line-managing a team of analysts or related professionals.
• Ability to coach and mentor other team members to get the best from them.
• Experience contributing to strategy, KPIs and continuous improvement of an analytical function.
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to communicate functional and technical information to non-technical staff at all levels.
• Experience working with COTS solutions and vendor engagement.
