Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage projects from concept through completion within Almac Clinical Services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders across sites, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business objectives.

The role involves leading engineering, facilities, process improvement or IT projects, while maintaining clear communication and strong relationships. Hybrid working may be available in line with business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification (or equivalent) or substantial PM experience.
• Experience delivering business-critical projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• Experience in GMP or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple global locations.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and external resources.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation, planning and execution to closure.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules and business cases.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across global locations.
• Identify and mitigate risks while driving issue resolution.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Review timelines and deliverables to optimise performance.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
• Support continuous improvement and best practice within PMO.
