This position is classified as a role with an expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office in Chelmsford 2-3 days per month, on days of the organisation's choice, with the remaining time allowing for remote working if desired.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly team of system administrators working to process position and hierarchy-related changes in My Oracle. It involves system-related tasks such as data cleansing, testing system upgrades, and resolving issues affecting daily operations. You will collaborate with other teams across ECC and interact with customers to resolve self-serve and other issues.
The HR Systems Officer will handle complex processing and manage simple projects related to system performance and development on HR systems. Customer liaison and understanding of business processes are key, ensuring integrity checks and system processes are completed for seamless service delivery.
The role requires delivering expert knowledge and advice, with good attention to detail and an understanding of how team processes impact end users. Recommendations and improvements to enhance service quality are expected.
