Job summary

Edenred PayTech Swindon is seeking a Systems Administrator to deliver, support, and maintain AWS and processing platforms that meet regulatory requirements and customer SLAs. The role focuses on secure, reliable, high-performing systems in a hybrid working environment.

You will contribute to critical operations, patch Linux servers, automate with Terraform & Ansible, and keep documentation up to date while ensuring PCI-DSS compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS.
• Strong enterprise Linux administration (RedHat).
• Automation experience with Ansible.
• Knowledge of Git version control tools (Bitbucket or GitLab).
• Experience following change management processes.
• Scripting skills in Terraform and Bash.
• Proven experience maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting Linux servers.
• Able to communicate technical issues to non-technical team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent work ethic.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with AWS.
• Strong experience in enterprise Linux administration (RedHat).
• Experience with automation using Ansible.
• Knowledge of Git version control tools such as Bitbucket or GitLab.
• Experience following change management processes.
• Good scripting skills, including Terraform and Bash.
• Proven experience maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting Linux servers.
