Location: High Wycombe - J&J Flex - 2 Days Remote
Janssen is recruiting a System Value and Access Marketing Manager, to be based within our UK Operating Company within an office-based role at our head office in High Wycombe.
Role Purpose
The System Value and Access Marketing Manager is a fantastic role for someone who is commercially astute and is passionate about contributing to the customers they work with ‘beyond the product.’
Drives sustainable, commercial growth by identifying regional system value and access strategies across the cancer and gene therapy brands, that deploy resource to improve impact and are aligned to the integrated care systems strategic priorities.
Develops system value and access marketing strategies that facilitate pathway and system transformation to enable better health outcomes for patients and access to Janssen’s innovative Haematology & Oncology medicines.
As a System Value and Access Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing the system value and access marketing strategy across the Oncology, Haematology and Cell & Gene therapy brands:
External environment scanning and networking across strategic integrated care systems:
Accountable for crafting materials that optimise the execution of the system value and access marketing strategy:
Develops customer engagement plans via a range of channels that puts the integrated care systems at the centre:
