Job summary

KARL STORZ is seeking a System Specialist to join the Field Service team in the UK. The role involves remote support visits, on-site installations, preventative maintenance, and repairs of KARL STORZ medical equipment across healthcare sites.

You will build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards in a dynamic, travel-based environment.

As a System Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring KARL STORZ equipment continues to operate safely, effectively, and to the highest performance standards.

Working Pattern

This is a field-based position involving regular travel to customer locations.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. However, flexibility is required due to customer requirements, travel schedules, equipment availability, and site access arrangements. Occasional weekend working and overnight stays may be required.
