Job summary

KARL STORZ is seeking an On-Site Endoscopic Specialist based in Bedfordshire to support hospital endoscopy equipment and theatre workflows. You will ensure equipment availability and reliable operation while delivering excellent customer service to clinicians.

Collaborating with clinical teams, sterile services, and hospital staff, you will help maintain performance, troubleshooting, and safe usage of endoscopic systems and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for KARL STORZ endoscopes and related equipment in a hospital.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure equipment uptime and safe operation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to theatre staff and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and reporting as required.

About The Role

As an On-Site Endoscopic Specialist, you will provide dedicated day-to-day support for KARL STORZ endoscopes, instruments, camera systems, and associated equipment within a hospital setting.

Working closely with clinical teams, sterile services, operating theatres, and hospital stakeholders, you will ensure equipment is maintained, available, and ready to support surgical procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in healthcare, endoscopy, theatres, sterile services, decontamination, medical devices, or technical support environments.

Desirable

• NHS theatre, endoscopy, sterile services, CSSD, HSDU, or clinical support experience.


• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Healthcare or a related discipline.


• Experience handling or supporting medical devices and equipment.
