Job summary

KARL STORZ in the United Kingdom is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and maintain KARL STORZ instruments at customer sites across the region. You will collect, deliver and assess instruments on site, and keep CRM records up to date.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and solid IT skills including Outlook and Excel; technical or engineering experience is desirable.

About The Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for collecting, assessing, delivering and supporting the repair and replacement of KARL STORZ instruments and equipment at customer sites across your designated region.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and deliver instruments, conduct on-site assessments, maintain documentation and CRM records, support quotations and enquiries, and promote KARL STORZ service solutions.

About You

Full UK Driving Licence, excellent communication skills, strong customer service focus, ability to work independently, and good IT skills including Outlook and Excel. Technical or engineering experience is desirable.
