As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for collecting, assessing, delivering and supporting the repair and replacement of KARL STORZ instruments and equipment at customer sites across your designated region.
Collect and deliver instruments, conduct on-site assessments, maintain documentation and CRM records, support quotations and enquiries, and promote KARL STORZ service solutions.
Full UK Driving Licence, excellent communication skills, strong customer service focus, ability to work independently, and good IT skills including Outlook and Excel. Technical or engineering experience is desirable.
