Job summary

Stott & May Professional Search Limited is seeking an experienced System Integration Engineer to support the integration, testing and verification of complex aerospace systems. This onsite role is based in Surrey with a start ASAP and a duration of 6-12 months.

You will work across the full engineering lifecycle, performing assembly, integration and test activities, developing procedures, diagnosing faults and ensuring rigorous documentation and traceability in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or STEM.
• Understanding of assembly, integration and test (AIT) principles.
• Experience with hardware and software testing.
• Knowledge of cleanroom and ESD processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with spacecraft systems or high-reliability environments is advantageous.
• Exposure to scripting or programming (Python, Shell, Java or C/C++) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

You'll work across the full engineering lifecycle, from integration and functional testing through to environmental and end-to-end system testing.
