Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council is recruiting three temporary System Coordinator roles in the Children & Families Services. The post is fixed-term for 18 months, full-time, based at County Hall, with hybrid working arrangements and a salary of £35,570–£40,444 per annum.

You will support, train, and develop information systems used by frontline and back-office staff, including MOSAIC, Synergy, and Core+. Apply by 20 October 2026; interview on 5 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience with children's services and with MOSAIC and/or Synergy.
• High-level IT skills and familiarity with information systems.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and training to staff using children's services information systems.
• Contribute to the development and testing of information systems for improved functionality.
• Create clear guidance to improve data quality and system usage.
• Deliver training sessions to empower staff with knowledge.
• Improve data quality and reliability within our systems.
