We are currently hiring for a Systems Data Analyst with Pensions/HR experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Hybrid - Travel to Redhill 2/3 times a month

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize SQL for backend data queries, cross-table joins, and data analysis.
2. Maintain strong knowledge of database structures, administration systems, and member/employee data within financial, HR, or payroll sectors.
3. Collaborate with business users to understand the front-end administration system and its relationship to backend data.
4. Create and update system documentation to ensure clarity and effective communication with stakeholders.
5. Extract data from backend tables, understanding table relationships and shaping data for accurate analysis aligned with the system front end.
6. Develop reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
7. Coordinate with business analysts and stakeholders to define and understand requirements for project success.
8. Work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment to build strong relationships.
