Nisbets Limited are currently recruiting for a Systems Analyst to join our IT team and support the delivery of key integration and transformation projects across our business systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements, particularly for large-scale enhancements to our Order Management System (OMS), and ensuring alignment with our broader system architecture. This role will play a critical part in assessing the impact of changes across systems such as ERP, WMS, and customer-facing platforms, supporting the business with expert analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

This role will follow a hybrid working pattern, with regular presence required at our Avonmouth office and flexibility to work from home.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements, with a focus on OMS enhancements and system integrations.
• Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes, identifying dependencies across ERP, WMS, and other systems.
• Analyse current workflows and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Develop interface specifications, data mapping documents, and support integration testing.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather insights and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Support system testing, UAT, and post-deployment validation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of business processes and integration logic.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system performance enhancements.

Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, ideally within transformation or integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, OMS, and WMS systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in system documentation, testing, and end-user support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
