Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Prime Financial Services Client Services Analyst to join a client-facing Middle Office team supporting synthetic Prime Brokerage activities, with a core focus on equity swaps and delta-one/synthetic products.

You will manage the day-to-day client experience across the trade lifecycle, including trade matching, lifecycle events and cashflows, and handle inquiries while partnering with Front Office Trading/Sales, Product Control, Technology, and Settlements.

• Experience in an operations/client service environment supporting the lifecycle of trades.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate complex issues clearly.
• Ability to build partnerships across multiple teams and own end-to-end resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for synthetic derivatives clients on operational topics.
• Perform trade lifecycle support for equity swaps/synthetic activity and cashflow management.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Account Management, Operations, Settlements, and Technology to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor queues, service levels, and contribute to trend analysis to improve STP and reduce breaks.
• Support change initiatives and client reviews to enhance resiliency and control effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and control expectations for the client activity.
