Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London (United Kingdom) is seeking a Prime Financial Services Client Services Analyst to support synthetic Prime Brokerage activity, focusing on equity swaps and delta-one products.

You will handle trade matching, lifecycle events, cashflows, and client inquiries, while partnering with Front Office, Product Control, Technology, and Settlements. You will communicate clearly with clients, perform root-cause analysis to reduce breaks, and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations/client service environment supporting trade lifecycles.
• Strong ownership, prioritisation and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for synthetic derivatives clients on operational topics across the swap lifecycle.
• Perform trade lifecycle support for equity swaps/synthetic activity, including trade matching and cashflow management.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Technology and other teams to resolve discrepancies and improve end-to-end outcomes.
• Monitor workflows and service levels, escalate as needed, and contribute to root-cause analyses to reduce breaks.
• Support regulatory/compliance expectations for the client activity covered by the team.
