Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London is seeking a Trading Services Analyst within Structured Investments Operations. You will work closely with Sales and Structuring to deliver end-to-end execution across origination support, onboarding, trade booking, confirmations, settlements, and lifecycle management.

You will help drive change, build tracking tools, and own issue resolution across Legal, Credit, Confirmations, and Settlements, strengthening control environments and client delivery.

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data cleaning).

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and reconcile daily trading operations end-to-end with accuracy.
• Prepare management reports and drive process improvements.
• Assist origination support and data reporting for Sales and market research.
• Coordinate onboarding transitions and counterparty set-ups across systems.
• Monitor subscriptions, match terms to approvals, and manage amendments.
• Support trade execution, settlements, and reconciliation with Operations partners.
• Coordinate amendments with Sales/Structuring sign-off and route changes.
• Draft and maintain pricing spreadsheets; handle client inquiries and recaps.
• Verify expiries, resets, coupons, and fees; support P&L reconciliation.
• Serve as single point of contact for breaks; escalate issues early.
• Write SOPs and assist in tooling automation and audit-ready docs.
