Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Assistant at Twyford Train Station to support customers during planned railway engineering works. Shifts run 08:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 on specified dates; applicants must live locally to Twyford or have reliable travel.

Customer Service Assistant - Twyford Train Station

We are recruiting Customer Service Assistants to support customers at Twyford Station during planned railway engineering works.

As the first and last point of contact on a customer's journey, you will play a vital role in providing assistance, directions and travel information while replacement bus services operate in place of trains. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring passenger safety are our top priorities.

Pay rate: £13.45

Dates

• 27th November 2026 to 30th November 2026
• 24th December 2026 to 3rd January 2027

Excluding Christmas Day and Boxing DayYou must be available to commit to all required dates to be considered for this role.

Shift Times

• 08:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00

Additional shift patterns may be available depending on operational requirements.

Important Location Requirement

Due to the nature of these engineering works and replacement transport arrangements, applicants must live locally to Twyford Station or have a reliable means of travelling to and from work.
