Job summary

GM Active C.I.C. is seeking a part-time swimming instructor to deliver high-quality lessons in line with the STA pathway, for swimmers of all ages and abilities.

The role requires an enhanced DBS check and current safety qualifications such as NPLQ or STA Level 2, with ASA equivalents accepted. Salary is quoted as pro rata annual amounts depending on age.

£25,166.14 p.a pro rata for part-time under 21 years of age, £27,058.91 p.a. pro rata for part-time age 21+

To deliver high-quality swimming lessons that inspire confidence and foster skill development in swimmers of all ages and abilities in line with the STA pathway. The role ensures a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment while promoting water safety and the organisation’s commitment to excellence. And to undertake any duties commensurate with the role, as required, to meet the needs of the organisation and ensure the smooth delivery of services.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
