Job summary

Serco Group plc's Leisure Solutions Community Trust is seeking a Swimming Teacher to deliver safe, fun, progressive swimming lessons across our leisure centres and help learners build confidence in the water.

You will follow the Swim England Learn to Swim framework, teaching swimmers of all ages and backgrounds while benefiting from ongoing training and development opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a STA Award or Swim England Level 2.
• DBS checks provided by employer.
• Willing to work flexible hours around commitments.
• Ability to deliver Learn to Swim framework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, fun, progressive swimming lessons.
• Follow Swim England Learn to Swim framework in all teaching.”
• Contribute to ongoing training and personal development through the Aquatic Training Academy.
