Job summary

Center Parcs Woburn Forest is seeking a Swimming Pool Manager to lead the Subtropical Swimming Paradise operations, including budgeting, KPI delivery and compliance to safety and quality standards.

You'll manage a large team in a leisure setting, drive guest satisfaction, monitor revenues and payroll, and develop a positive culture that motivates the team while delivering revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Commercial management experience with budget control and implementation.
• Experience in customer service management with KPI delivery.
• Leisure environment management experience leading large teams.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across departments.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.

Swimming Pool Manager

Woburn Forest | Circa £48,200 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme

Lead the Subtropical Swimming Paradise operations, managing budgets, KPIs and compliance while ensuring safety, quality and revenue growth through exceptional team leadership.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily pool operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Recruit, manage and develop the team to deliver excellent service
• Monitor revenues, payroll, margins and expenditure to achieve financial targets
• Foster a positive team culture focused on wellbeing, motivation and performance

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• 150 contracted hours per 4-week period
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
