Job summary

Nuffield Health in Sheffield is seeking a confident Swim Instructor to deliver safe, engaging lessons at our pool on a bank/part-time basis. You will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and bring excellent communication skills to support swimmers of all ages.

You will run one-to-one or small group sessions, promote membership benefits, and act as a positive role model with a fun, supportive approach while helping customers achieve their swimming goals.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.

Responsibilities

Swim Instructor Sheffield FWC | Pool | Bank | Part Time| Up to £19 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
