Job summary

Haulfryn Ltd. is seeking a qualified Swimming Instructor to teach and inspire swimmers of all ages at Devon Hills Holiday Park in Paignton, UK. You will deliver one-to-one and group lessons, follow ASA standards, maintain poolside safety, and liaise with parents on progress.

• Level 1 Swim Qualification (Essential)
• Level 2 Swim Qualification (Desirable)
• Experience working with young children
• Excellent communication and teaching passion

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach swimmers of all ages, helping them develop water confidence and progress through their stages
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group sessions, tailoring instruction to individual needs
• Motivate and engage children, ensuring they enjoy their lessons and reach key milestones
• Work in line with ASA (or equivalent) standards, ensuring a high-quality teaching environment
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of swim equipment, ensuring a safe and welcoming poolside environment
• Liaise with parents, keeping them updated on their child’s progress and achievements
