Job summary

Brio Leisure Neston is seeking Level 1 and Level 2 Swim Teachers to join our casual, temporary team. You will deliver Swim England Learn to Swim sessions across all ages, ensuring safety and high-quality coaching within Brio centres.

We welcome SEQ (Swim England Qualified) or equivalent Level 1 and Level 2 teachers, preferably with an NPLQ or NRASTC, though not essential. Strong communication and a passion for teaching every learner are essential.

Qualifications

• SEQ (Swim England Qualified) or equivalent Level 1 and Level 2 swimming teachers
• NPLQ or NRASTC qualification preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and passion for teaching all ages and abilities

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety and Brio Leisure procedures
• Deliver Swim England Learn to Swim sessions for various abilities
• Maintain attendance records and CPD participation
• Support setup, equipment safety and class transitions
• Engage with participants, parents, and Aquatics leads as required
