1Life Management Solutions Ltd in Great Dunmow is seeking a dedicated Swimming Teacher to deliver group and individual lessons as part of the Learn to Swim programme. You will follow Swim England frameworks, conduct regular assessments, and ensure high standards and safe practice.

The role requires SEQ Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications (or equivalents), plus NPLQ/NRASTC, and adherence to health and safety protocols. DBS clearance is required for the position.

Qualifications

• Must hold SEQ Level 1 Swimming Assistant (Teaching) qualification.
• SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification or equivalent required.
• NPLQ or NRASTC must be held.

Responsabilités

• Deliver group and one-to-one swimming lessons to a range of ages and abilities as part of Learn to Swim Programme.
• Deliver at least one crash course during the year.
• Maintain high quality lessons in line with company standards and schemes of work.
• Deliver internal water safety competencies as prescribed by the company.
