You will deliver engaging swimming lessons, both in groups and one-to-one settings, and continually apply best practices to help learners progress. A passion for teaching, swimming expertise, and customer-facing excellence are essential.

Minimum UKCC Level 2 is required, with Lifesaving qualifications (NPLQ or NRASTC) advantageous. We support ongoing training and development to help you grow within the role.

Qualifications
