Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons at Manor Leisure Centre, with casual hours and training provided. You will help learners of all ages achieve their goals in a welcoming environment.

The role includes communicating with parents, supervising poolside safety, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Level 2 teaching qualification is preferred, with DBS check required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues
• Ability to engage with children and their parents
• Training provided for certification and DBS as required

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre’s programme.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about learner progress.
• Supervise pool area to ensure safety and discipline.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with a friendly approach
