Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring a Swim Teacher to deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities. The role includes communicating with parents about progress and supporting pool supervision to ensure safety and a welcoming environment. Training is provided, and there is potential for progression within the network.

The position offers casual hours as needed, with emphasis on delivering high-quality lessons and customer service across our UK centres.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and parents.
• Must be able to work with children and adults in the swimming program.
• Experience in overseeing pool safety and customer areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Communicate with children's parents/guardians about progression.
• Assist in supervision of customers in the pool and surrounds to ensure safety.
