Job summary

Oakleigh Park seeks an Assistant Swimming Coordinator/Teacher in London to join a two-site operation near N20 and N12. The role covers a broad swim programme for all ages, plus aerobics and scuba, with dry-side duties and training courses available. You’ll join a friendly team dedicated to continuous delivery and staff development.

Competitive package up to £31,000 per annum pro rata for part-time, with benefits including free swimming, health cover, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• You will have good communication and organisational skills.
• Be reliable and responsible.
• Swimming teaching qualifications of any level.
• Additional teaching qualifications will be available to the successful candidate.
• You must be within an hour's commute.

Responsibilities

• Work with the full-time team to deliver a large swim programme and activities, including swimming teaching for all ages, aerobics, and scuba.
• Alongside the dry side, which includes soft play and the company’s Approved Training Centre courses (teacher, lifeguard and first aid).
