Job summary

Everyone Active at Pool in the Park, Woking, is seeking a proactive individual to support the swimming school administration and deliver high‑quality lessons.

The role combines customer service, bookings and development of the swimming programme, with the requirement of a Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification is required.
• Knowledge of the swimming industry is essential.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration and operation of the swimming school.
• Oversee and support 1:1 swimming lesson delivery.
• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Support lesson bookings and swimming school administration.
• Help develop and grow the swimming programme commercially.
• Build strong relationships with the swimming team, management and partners.
• Support teachers to maintain high teaching and customer service standards.
• Deliver three hours of swimming lessons per week alongside admin duties.

Job description

You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the swimming strategy, supporting the delivery, development and commercial growth of our swimming programme. The role will involve working closely with the Swimming School Manager, colleagues and sporting partners to ensure the smooth running of our swimming lessons and the delivery of an excellent customer experience.,

• Supporting the day-to-day administration and operation of the swimming school.
• Overseeing and supporting the delivery of the 1:1 (121) swimming lesson programme.
• Managing customer enquiries and queries, providing professional and timely responses.
• Supporting customer service, lesson bookings and general swimming school administration.
• Assisting with the development and commercial growth of the swimming programme.
• Building strong working relationships with the swimming team, management and sporting partners.
• Supporting swimming teachers to maintain high standards of teaching and customer service.

• Delivering three hours of swimming lessons per week alongside administrative responsibilities.
