Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking a Swim Manager to oversee the delivery of the swim lesson programme and aquatic strategy at our Bristol sites. You will lead a team of swim teachers to ensure high-quality lessons and manage the timetable to meet the needs of diverse users.

You will require relevant National Governing Body qualifications and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A DBS check will be completed before you start, and you’ll benefit from free national membership for

Responsibilities

• Drive the aquatic strategy and ensure the swim lesson programme is delivered effectively.
