Job summary

Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Club is seeking a capable Swim Instructor to deliver safe, enjoyable lessons on a bank/adhoc basis. You will hold an ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and foster a love of swimming with a friendly, professional presence.

This bank role offers flexible hours, opportunities to mentor learners, and the chance to support customers across all ages within the Swim England framework. Salary is up to £16.50 per hour, with standard employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good communication and people skills.
• A passion for swimming and helping others learn.

Responsibilities

• Engage swimmers of all ages to help them reach goals.
• Deliver one-to-one or small group lessons.
• Plan clear, progressive lessons aligned to Swim England framework.
• Be a positive role model with an engaging teaching style.
• Adapt instruction to individual needs and abilities.
• Promote memberships by presenting facilities benefits.
