Job summary

Nuffield Health is recruiting a Bank Swim Instructor for Birmingham Rubery FWC to provide safe, effective swimming lessons within the Swim England framework. The ideal candidate holds ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 and enjoys teaching swimming with strong communication skills.

The role is ad-hoc bank contract with flexible hours and a pay rate of up to £18 per hour, plus benefits such as holiday, pension, and discounted gym membership.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Good people skills and a love for swimming.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility benefits.
