Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor for our Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This bank/ad-hoc role involves delivering safe, engaging swimming lessons to members using the Swim England framework.

You will hold ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2, with strong people skills, adaptable to all ages and abilities, and a passion for teaching swimming. Benefits and flexible hours supported by a strong wellbeing culture.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2 qualification required.
• Strong people skills and communication.
• Experience teaching swimming is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their goals.
• Deliver one-to-one or group swimming lessons.
• Promote the benefits of facilities and memberships.
• Be a positive, engaging role model for learners.
