Derby Fitness and Wellbeing Gym | Pool

Position: Swim Teacher/Instructor | Permanent | Part-Time

Salary: Up to £18 per hour depending on experience

Hours: 1 hour per week

Requirements:

• ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
• Track record of achieving targets and collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching programs

Responsibilities:

• Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to meet their swimming goals
• Utilize every opportunity to facilitate learning and development
• Deliver individual and group lessons
• Serve as a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach
• Tailor coaching to meet individual needs
• Promote memberships by highlighting facility benefits
• Complete necessary paperwork and conduct regular assessments for children within the swim school
• Potential to increase hours through private lessons and lesson coverage
