Ealing Fitness and Wellbeing Club | Part time | Bank Contract

£20.40 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As Britain’s largest Healthcare Charity, we’re passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. We’re looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and excellent communication skills to provide safe, effective swimming lessons for our customers.

As a Swim Teacher at our Ealing Gym, you’ll need an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with a proven track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. Experience in achieving targets and collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching programmes is also essential.

As a Swim Teacher, you will:

• Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
• Make the most of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
• Tailor coaching to meet individual needs
