About the Role

We are seeking passionate sports coaches interested in transitioning into a teaching assistant role within North London schools. This position offers the opportunity to support students' academic and personal development, utilizing your coaching skills to create an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the planning and delivery of classroom activities and lessons
  2. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students needing extra help
  3. Use coaching skills to promote teamwork, discipline, and perseverance
  4. Support classroom management and behavior
  5. Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, including sports and PE sessions
Requirements
  • Experience as a sports coach with understanding of team dynamics and motivation
