4Leisure Recruitment is currently recruiting for multiple lifeguard positions in Wandsworth and surrounding areas. These roles are ideal for all Lifeguards seeking flexible work in some of the best indoor and outdoor pools London has to offer.

This will be a zero-hour contract with shift work, giving you control over your working hours and maintaining flexibility while working as part of our team.

Salary

£15.52 per hour (including holiday pay), paid weekly.

Roles Available

Full-time and part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the safety of all pool users by preventing incidents and responding promptly to emergencies.
2. Monitor swimming activities and enforce pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
3. Conduct regular checks and maintain cleanliness in the pool area.
4. Assist with pool operations, including setting up and packing away equipment.
5. Provide excellent customer service by supporting and engaging with pool visitors.

Requirements

• NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
• Strong swimming skills and confidence in the water.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
