Job summary

Nuffield Health is recruiting a Swim Instructor for Guiseley FWC Pool. This permanent part-time role (2 hours per week) offers a friendly environment to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons to clients, following the Swim England framework.

You will hold ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2, bring strong people skills, and inspire swimmers of all ages. You’ll run one-to-one or group classes, promote memberships, and help maintain high service standards across the site.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 / Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience delivering swimming lessons preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
• Promote memberships by explaining facility benefits.
• Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.

Swim Instructor

Guiseley FWC | Pool | Permanent Contract | Part Time | Up to £37,440 pro rata depending on experience plus benefits 2 hours per week

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you'll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming. At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
